Complementary approaches, practised individually or in combination, depending on your needs at the time.
Lineage magnetism
Family gift
My magnetic abilities were passed down to me by my father, who in turn inherited them from his own father. This gift, rooted in my paternal lineage, is the cornerstone of my practice.
Therapeutic magnetism is an energy-based practice in which the practitioner uses their hands to detect and address imbalances in the client’s energy field. It is not a substitute for any medical treatment, but acts as a complementary therapy to promote deep relaxation, recovery and rebalancing.
Every session is unique. It begins with a brief chat to assess how you’re feeling at the moment, followed by the practice itself — in silence or with soft background music, depending on your preference; the session is practised fully clothed.
Tibetan singing bowls
Certified sound therapy
Tibetan singing bowls do not simply produce music — they generate vibrations that travel through the whole body. These vibrations affect the autonomic nervous system, inducing a state of deep relaxation that cognitive techniques alone do not always achieve.
During the session, the bowls are placed around — and on — the fully clothed body. The sounds and vibrations create a gradual ‘sound bath’. Most people describe a state somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, a feeling of physical lightness, and sometimes spontaneous images or sensations.

Therapeutic tuning forks
Precise frequencies
Unlike singing bowls, tuning forks produce precise, calibrated frequencies. Each tuning fork corresponds to a specific frequency that resonates with a part of the body or an aspect of energy — the chakras, the meridians, or the musical frequencies.
Tuning forks can be used in the air (acoustic vibration) or applied directly to the body (bone and tissue vibration). Their precision makes them particularly well-suited for targeting specific areas or imbalances.

Meditation coaching
Certification IPHM
Meditation can be learnt. Contrary to popular belief, it requires neither the discipline of a monk nor perfect mental clarity. It is learnt gradually, with guidance tailored to each individual.
My meditation guidance can take several forms: an introduction for beginners, deepening an existing practice, integration into a holistic programme, or group workshops on guided meditation.
My Meditation Coach certification is accredited by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, founded in 2005), and was obtained from Équilibre Formation in February 2026.
